Help! What’s your favorite way to cool off on a hot summer day?
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup spinach (optional)
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp matcha powder (optional)
- 1/2 cup water
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Drink cold.
